Set out how you play. Your squad, your coaches and your market are read against it, so the club, the player and the league are all worth more.
A player can be excellent on paper and still fail, and it is not that you bought a bad player. His numbers are his own stats, but the other ten on the pitch affect how he plays. He creates his value in particular zones of the pitch, so if you cross from the left and his zones are on the right, you will never reach him.
Everyone else scores the man on his own. We score what happens to the other ten.
Eight players, one season, ranked against two ways of playing. The winger who ranks fourth under a high press is first under a deep block. He did not change. The football around him did.

Real engine output, identities sealed, exactly as a club sees them. It reads the football that was played. It does not claim to predict the next transfer.

You set out how the club plays: the shape with the ball and without it, how you build, how you break a set defence, where the line holds in metres, and what happens the moment the ball turns over. It comes back as a document your chairman, your staff and your next coach can all read.

Every player is read against the model you declared, not against a general idea of a good player. A low number is not a verdict on the footballer. It is the distance between what he does and what you are asking for, which is a thing you can coach, sell or buy your way out of.
Invite the coaches you are considering. Each answers the same seven questions about their own football. You see how close they are to you, in one number and in plain English, and exactly where the difference sits. They never see your answers, and no other club sees theirs.
PACIT opens to one club at a time. Tell us who you are and how you play, and we will come back to you ourselves.
